The Estoril Coast is an all-year destination. In addition to traditional fishing the water is rich in shellfish. The calmer waters of Cascais are great for sailing especially at the Marina and Cascais Naval Club. The beaches of Guincho, Praia Grande and Ribeirad'Ilhas are ideal for windsurfing and body-boarding.
